1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items or discounted products.

  • Personalized/customized items.

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie) for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

  • Contact us at support@alitzel.store to initiate a return.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.

  • Ship the item back to our return address (provided after approval).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval/rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color variations (subject to stock availability).

  • Follow the same process as returns, specifying the desired exchange item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us immediately at admin@alitzel.store

  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.
